GOLDEN EAGLE HOTEL
February 2012 - May 2012
The works included the environmental clean and removal of asbestos prior to demolition. A wooden security hoarding was erected.
The demolition of the 4 storey hotel followed the demolition of the former nursing home to the rear.
HILLSIDE ROAD, HUYTON
Oldham Bros were called to carry out an emergency demolition of a row of fire damaged shop units in Huyton.
Working alongside the local council, fire brigade and engineers from the affected utility companies the site was secured and the building brought down safely ensuring there was no collapse in the attached shop units which were not damaged by the fire.
July 2014 - 2017
The demolition of the terraced houses on Lothair Road, Rockfield road, Alroy Road and Anfield Road were completed on time and were followed by Carillion who began works on the expansion of the main stand for Liverpool Football Club.
This was a high profile job which we were delighted to be a part of.
Work continues as part of the wider regeneration programme for Liverpool Council.
October 2010 - July 2011
High rise demolition of multi storey office block Balliol House, Bootle, Liverpool.
The works comprised of the removal of asbestos, full height scaffholding to all elevations and the deconstruction o the high rise block. A high reach excavator was also used once the height had been reduced to a safe working level.
Following the demolition a car park was constructed with a key code barrier and with trees planted around the site boundary.
7th December 2018
This tank dismantling saw the removal of redundant, decommissioned oil tanks. The removal was accompanied by the dismantling of pipe work and all lifts were organised by Oldham Bros.
