Yes, all demolition projects must have an asbestos
survey in accordance with “HSG 264 Refurbishment/Demolition survey'”
3. Do I need a CDM corordinator?
Yes, for projects that are likely to exceed 30 days
duration or 500 person days
4. Do I need a Site Waste Management Plan (SWMP)?
If your demolition project exceeds £300,000 then you must ensure a SWMP is compiled with further requirements where the value exceeds £500,000. We can advise you on reuse of materials. We are committed recyclers and handle waste materials efficiently and appropriately.
